DESCRIPTION LM 205 is a fine graphite dispersion in water which is used for different purposes. -

Particle size : the majority 1-2 μm and smaller; maximum 8-10 μm
Density : 1.120 g/m3
pH-value : approx. 10; contains ammonia
Consistency : light thixotropic paste
Storage life : 9-12 months in original container
Protect from frost.

APPLICATION - lubrication for second wire drawing of W and Mo wires

- lubrication for heat-forming metals
- high-temperature lubrication
- electrically conducting protective coatings

INSTRUCTIONS

Before use, LM 205 Graphite Water Dispersion is always diluted with water. The degree of dilution depends on the application ranging from 1 to 20 parts water to 1 part LM 205 Graphite Water Dispersion. During dilution, the water is added to the concentrate. Before dilution, the concentrate must be stirred until homogenised.The diluted product is applied by spray, brush or immersion.
